سياسة الخصوصية
توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق «فاضي» («نحن»)، ولماذا نجمعها، ومع من نشاركها، وحقوقك عليها. نلتزم بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
البيانات التي نجمعها
للجميع
- الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني (ولاحقًا رقم جوالك إذا سجّلت به)، ونوع حسابك: عميل أو صاحب محل أو سفير.
- الموقع: إذا سمحت بذلك، يقرأ التطبيق موقع جوالك ليعرض لك المحلات والعروض القريبة منك. يُرسل موقعك إلى خوادمنا فقط للبحث عن المحلات القريبة، ولا نحفظه في حسابك. تقدر توقف هذا الإذن في أي وقت من إعدادات جوالك.
- الأكواد والزيارات: عند أخذ «كود فاضي» نحفظ الكود ووقته والمحل والخدمة أو العرض، وهل استُخدم.
- إحصائيات العروض: نسجّل إذا ظهر لك عرض أو فتحته، لنعرض لصاحب المحل أعدادًا مجمّعة فقط (لا يرى من أنت).
لأصحاب المحلات والسفراء
- بيانات المحل: الاسم والنوع وجوال المحل والحي والعنوان والموقع على الخريطة والصورة والخدمات والأسعار والأوقات.
- الرصيد وسجل العمليات (الشحن ورسوم الزيارات). بيانات البطاقات تعالجها بوابة الدفع مباشرة ولا نحفظها.
- للسفراء: المحلات التي سجّلوها والعمولة المستحقة.
كيف نستخدمها
- تشغيل التطبيق: تسجيل الدخول، وعرض المحلات القريبة، وإصدار الأكواد والتحقق منها.
- احتساب رسوم الزيارات للمحلات وعمولات السفراء.
- مراجعة المحلات قبل ظهورها، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
- التواصل معك بخصوص حسابك.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات من طرف ثالث.
مع من نشاركها
نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا فقط:
- Supabase: قاعدة البيانات وتسجيل الدخول (خوادم في فرانكفورت، ألمانيا).
- Resend: إرسال رموز الدخول إلى بريدك.
- OpenStreetMap: صور الخرائط؛ جوالك يطلبها مباشرة من خوادمهم.
- خرائط Google: فقط عندما تضغط «الاتجاهات».
- بوابة الدفع (مثل Moyasar): لشحن رصيد المحلات.
- Apple وGoogle: إذا اخترت الدخول بحسابهما.
ويرى صاحب المحل الكود الذي تعرضه له عند الزيارة. وقد نفصح عن بيانات إذا طلبتها جهة رسمية وفق النظام.
مدة الحفظ والحذف
نحفظ بياناتك ما دام حسابك موجودًا. تقدر تحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق («حسابي» ← «حذف الحساب»)، فنحذف حسابك وأكوادك وإحصائياتك. إذا كان الحساب لصاحب محل، يُوقف المحل ويختفي من التطبيق، ونحتفظ بالسجلات المالية للمدة التي يتطلبها النظام.
حقوقك
لك الحق في معرفة البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك، وطلب نسخة منها، وتصحيحها، وحذفها، وسحب موافقتك على الموقع. راسلنا على support@faadhi.com، ولك أيضًا تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون ١٣ سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة نحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، وننبهك داخل التطبيق إذا كان التغيير جوهريًا.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Faadhi app ("we") collects, why, who we share it with, and your rights. We follow the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
What we collect
- Account: your email (and later your mobile number if you sign in with it), and your account type: customer, shop owner or ambassador.
- Location: if you allow it, the app reads your phone's location to show shops and offers near you. It is sent to our servers only to search for nearby shops and is not saved to your account. You can turn the permission off at any time in your phone's settings.
- Codes and visits: when you take a Faadhi code we keep the code, its time, the shop, the service or offer, and whether it was used.
- Offer stats: we record whether an offer was shown to you or opened, so shop owners see totals only (they don't see who you are).
- Shop owners and ambassadors: shop name, type, phone, neighborhood, address, map location, photo, services, prices and hours; balance and transactions (top-ups and visit fees). Card details are handled by the payment gateway, not stored by us. For ambassadors: the shops they registered and commission earned.
How we use it
To run the app (sign-in, nearby shops, issuing and checking codes), to calculate shop visit fees and ambassador commission, to review shops before they go live and prevent misuse, and to contact you about your account. We don't sell your data and don't show third-party ads.
Who we share it with
Service providers that process data only on our behalf: Supabase (database and sign-in, servers in Frankfurt, Germany), Resend (sign-in code emails), OpenStreetMap (map images, requested directly by your phone), Google Maps (only when you tap Directions), a payment gateway such as Moyasar (shop top-ups), and Apple or Google if you sign in with them. The shop sees the code you show them on a visit. We may disclose data when lawfully required by an authority.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account inside the app (My account → Delete account); we then delete your account, codes and stats. For a shop owner, the shop is switched off and removed from the app, and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and withdraw location consent. Email support@faadhi.com. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above, and notify you in the app for significant changes.
